LinkGather



This plugin for WordPress gives you the ability to export the web addresses for all your websites posts in Excel style.

Go and get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Instructions


A new tab on the options side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

When you click on the Home title, this will navigate to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links title to take you to the page that will show all of your blog sites published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few links in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL table, you will see that LinkGather here has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in Excel format.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URLs


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, but, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, check here our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those wp.me Links that it has gathered:
