Export WordPress Links with LinkGather



This plugin shows you how to export the URLs for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

You can get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, also you can just go to the URL below:

When you have installed the plugin, you can start using it.

Instructions


A new link on the left side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

When you click on the Home offering, this will go to the plugins homepage which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links offering to navigate you to the page that will display all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of click here your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URLs


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will click here just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
